20th Century Fox Home Entertainment annonce pour le 30 octobre 2018, le film The Darkest Minds (Les insoumis) en format DVD, Blu-ray et 4K Ultra HD. Réalisé par Jennifer Yuh Nelson, il met en vedette Amandla Stenberg, Harris Dickinson, Skylan Brooks, Miya Cech, Patrick Gibson et Mandy Moore.
Des pistes sonores anglaise et française seront disponibles.
Une épidémie touche la surface de la planète, décimant 98 % des enfants et des adolescents. Les survivants développent des dons psychiques, obligeant le gouvernement à les séquestrer dans des camps. Une couleur différente est attribuée à chaque personne selon ses pouvoirs. Ruby est considérée comme dangereuse, mais elle est capable de contrôler l’esprit des gens afin de passer inaperçue. Lorsqu’une mystérieuse inconnue facilite son évasion, l’adolescente de 16 ans ignore à qui faire confiance, rejoignant malgré tout la résistance. Plusieurs groupes d’individus s’intéressent à elle et surtout à ses habiletés hors du commun.
