20th Century Fox Home Entertainment annonce pour le 15 janvier 2019, le film Once Upon a Deadpool en format Blu-ray. Réalisé par David Leitch, il met en vedette Ryan Reynolds, Josh Brolin, Julian Dennison, Zazie Beetz, Morena Baccarin et Stefan Kapicic.

Des pistes sonores anglaise et espagnole seront disponibles avec des sous-titres dans les mêmes langues.

Dans cette version censurée de Deadpool 2… depuis qu’il est devenu un superhéros, Deadpool s’en prend aux méchants, souvent violemment. Au bord du suicide après un coup de sort du destin, il est recueilli par son ami Colossus qui l’inscrit dans les apprentis X-Men. Ce n’est pas pour plaire à Deadpool, dont le comportement frondeur lui cause des ennuis. C’est d’ailleurs ce qui arrive lorsqu’il est appelé à calmer un adolescent mutant qui menace de faire exploser son orphelinat. Quand un soldat qui voyage dans le temps cherche à l’éliminer, le superhéros décide de former une équipe pour le protéger.
