20th Century Fox annonce pour le 10 mars 2015, le film Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb (Une nuit au musée : Le secret du tombeau) en édition DVD et Blu-ray. Le film de Shawn Levy met en vedette Ben Stiller, Skyler Gisondo, Dan Stevens, Rebel Wilson, Owen Wilson, Steve Coogan, Rami Malek, Patrick Gallagher, Mizuo Peck, Ricky Gervais, Robin Williams, Dick Van Dyke et Ben Kingsley.
Des pistes sonores anglaise et française seront disponibles.
Après la cérémonie d'ouverture du nouveau planétarium que Larry Daley, le gardien de nuit du Musée d'histoire naturelle de New York, organisait, le pharaon Akhmenrah lui fait remarquer que la tablette magique, qui permet de réveiller les artefacts du muséum une fois la nuit tombée, commence à s'oxyder et affaiblit du même coup les personnages des différentes expositions. Afin d'élucider le mystère, Larry se rend à Londres, au British Museum, pour y rencontrer le père d'Akhmenrah qui connaît les origines de la tablette et pourrait arrêter son altération. Larry, accompagné par Akhmenrah, Teddy, Jedediah, Octavius, Attila, Sacajawea et son fils Nick traverseront le musée, qui s?anime pour la première fois, afin de sauver la magie.
