Sony Pictures annonce pour le 27 octobre 2015, le film Monty Python and the Holy Grail: 40th ANNIVERSARY EDITION en Blu-ray de Terry Gilliam et Terry Jones avec Graham Chapman, John Cleese, Eric Idle, Terry Gilliam, Terry Jones, Michael Palin et Connie Booth.

Des pistes sonores anglaise et française seront disponibles.

Le roi Arthur et les Chevaliers de la Table Ronde se lancent à la conquête du Graal, chevauchant de fantômatiques montures dans un bruitage de noix de coco cognées. La petite troupe va devoir passer mille épreuves, dont un chevalier à trois têtes, des jouvencelles en chaleur, voire même un terrible lapin tueur.

(Aug 24, 2015) – Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Canada celebrates the 20th Century’s most brilliant and outrageous comedy troupe and their essential comedy classic with the MONTY PYTHON AND THE HOLY GRAIL: 40^th ANNIVERSARY EDITION, available as a Limited Edition Gift Set and in standard Blu-ray^™ packaging on Oct. 27 Both editions of the comic masterpiece include all-new artwork from Terry Gilliam and the all-new 30-minute “Monty Python and the Holy Grail at the 2015 Tribeca Film Festival,” a Q&A with Terry Gilliam, Terry Jones, Michael Palin, John Cleese and Eric Idle, hosted by John Oliver and recorded live at the Beacon Theatre in New York City.

The Limited Edition Gift Set, a must-own for any Python fan, features collectible castle packaging with real catapult action and rubber farm animals, plus all-new exclusive introductory letters from Terry Gilliam and Terry Jones.
