Warner Bros annonce pour le 19 janvier 2016, le film The Intern (Le stagiaire) en édition DVD et Blu-ray de Nancy Meyers avec Robert De Niro, Anne Hathaway, Anders Holm, Jojo Kushner, Rene Russo, Andrew Rannells, Zack Pearlman et Adam DeVine.
Des pistes sonores anglaise et française seront disponibles.
Ben Whittaker, un veuf de 70 ans, n'aime pas particulièrement la retraite. Lorsqu'il aperçoit une demande de candidature pour un stagiaire senior dans une jeune entreprise, il décide de postuler et obtient le poste. On le met immédiatement en équipe avec la présidente de l'entreprise de commerce en ligne, Jules, qui vit des moments difficiles alors que ses investisseurs lui conseillent d'engager un PDG pour mieux diriger la compagnie, qui a pris de l'ampleur très rapidement. Ben épaulera Jules afin de lui faire comprendre sa valeur, tant d'un point de vue professionnel que personnel.

Toronto, ON, December 4, 2015 – You can teach a young boss old tricks when “The Intern” arrives onto Blu-ray Combo Pack, DVD and Digital HD. Directed by Oscar®-nominated and award-winning filmmaker Nancy Meyers (“It’s Complicated,” “Something’s Gotta Give,” “The Holiday”) from her own screenplay, “The Intern” stars Academy Award®winners Robert De Niro (“Grudge Match,” “Silver Linings Playbook”) and Anne Hathaway (“Les Misérables,” “The Devil Wears Prada”).
The film’s multi-generational cast also features Rene Russo (“Thor”), Anders Holm (“Workaholics”), Andrew Rannells (“Girls”), Adam DeVine (“Pitch Perfect”), Celia Weston (“No Reservations”), Nat Wolff (“The Fault in Our Stars”), Linda Lavin (“Wanderlust”) and Zack Pearlman (“The Inbetweeners”). Meyers also produced the film, with Suzanne Farwell, while Celia Costas served as executive producer.
“The Intern” will be available on January 19 on Blu-ray Combo Pack for $39.99, and includes the film in high definition on Blu-ray disc, a DVD, and a digital version of the movie in Digital HD with UltraViolet*. Fans can also own “The Intern” via purchase from digital retailers beginning on December 22.
SYNOPSIS
In “The Intern,” De Niro stars as Ben Whittaker, a 70-year-old widower who has discovered that retirement isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Seizing an opportunity to get back in the game, he becomes a senior intern at an online fashion site, founded and run by Jules Ostin (Hathaway).
