20th Century Fox Home Entertainment annonce pour le 20 septembre 2016, le coffret Modern Family season 7 en édition DVD avec Ed O'Neill, Julie Bowen, Ty Burrell, Sofía Vergara, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Eric Stonestreet, Sarah Hyland, Nolan Gould, Ariel Winter et Rico Rodriguez.
Une piste sonore anglaise avec des sous-titres en anglais et français seront disponibles.
Tournée sous forme de documentaire, Modern Family s'attache à nous montrer avec humour les différentes formes que peut prendre la famille de nos jours. On y suit les péripéties des familles de Jay Pritchett, de sa fille Claire Dunphy, et de son fils Mitchell Pritchett. Alors que Claire est la mère au foyer d'une famille traditionnelle, Jay est à la tête d'une famille recomposée, marié à une femme bien plus jeune que lui, tandis que Mitchell et son petit ami Cameron ont adopté un bébé.
