Sony Pictures annonce pour le 8 novembre 2016, le film Sausage Party (Party de saucisses) en édition DVD, Blu-ray et 4K Ultra HD de Conrad Vernon et Greg Tiernan avec Seth Rogen, Kristen Wiig, Salma Hayek, Jonah Hill et Paul Rudd.

La saucisse Frank mène une vie paisible dans l'épicerie et rêve du jour où il sera acheté par un client et atteindra l'éden des aliments avec sa douce, le pain hot dog Brenda. Mais, lorsque celui-ci apprend que le paradis n'est qu'un vicieux mensonge, inventé par les produits non périssables pour ne pas engendrer le chaos dans le supermarché, Frank tente d'avertir ses confrères du sombre destin qui les attend au-delà des portes du magasin. D'abord considéré comme un illuminé, Frank finira par convaincre les aliments quand il leur dévoilera des preuves tangibles de ce qu'il avance.

Co-produced by Annapurna Pictures, the film follows Frank, a hot dog who leads a group of supermarket products on an existential journey to discover the truth about their own existence and what happens when they become “chosen” to leave the grocery store.
