Warner Bros annonce pour le 21 mars 2017, le film Live by Night (Ils vivent la nuit) en format DVD et Blu-ray, réalisé par Ben Affleck et mettant en vedette Ben Affleck, Zoe Saldana, Brendan Gleeson, Scott Eastwood, Elle Fanning et Sienna Miller.
Des pistes sonores anglaise et française seront disponibles.
À Boston, au milieu des années 1920, le vétéran de la Première Guerre mondiale Joseph Coughlin trempe dans les milieux criminels. Oscar winner Ben Affleck (“Argo”) directed and stars in the action-packed crime thriller.Affleck also wrote the screenplay, based on the award-winning best-seller by Dennis Lehane. The film is produced byLeonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Davisson Killoran, under the Appian Way banner; and Ben Affleck and Jennifer Todd for Pearl Street Films. Serving as executive producers are Chris Brigham, Dennis Lehane and Chay Carter.
“Live By Night” will be available on Blu-ray for $39.99 on March 21, and includes the film in high definition on Blu-ray disc and a digital version of the movie in Digital HD with UltraViolet*. Fans can also own “Live By Night”via purchase from digital retailers beginning March 7.
The Blu-ray disc of “Live By Night” will feature a Dolby Atmos® soundtrack remixed specifically for the home theater environment to place and move audio anywhere in the room, including overhead. To experience Dolby Atmos at home, a Dolby Atmos enabled AV receiver and additional speakers are required, or a Dolby Atmos enabled sound bar; however, Dolby Atmos soundtracks are also fully backward compatible with traditional audio configurations and legacy home entertainment equipment.
SYNOPSIS
What you put out into this world will always come back to you, but it never comes back how you predict. Taking fatherly advice is not in Joe Coughlin’s nature. Instead, the WWI vet is a self-proclaimed anti-establishment outlaw, despite being the son of the Boston Police Deputy Superintendent. Joe’s not all bad, though; in fact, he’s not really bad enough for the life he’s chosen. Unlike the gangsters he refuses to work for, he has a sense of justice and an open heart, and both work against him, leaving him vulnerable time and again—in business and in love. Driven by a need to right the wrongs committed against him and those close to him, Joe heads down a risky path that goes against his upbringing and his own moral code. Leaving the cold Boston winter behind, he and his reckless crew turn up the heat in Tampa. And while revenge may taste sweeter than the molasses that infuses every drop of illegal rum he runs, Joe will learn that it comes at a price.
