Universal Studios Home Entertainment annonce pour le 19 juin 2018, le film Pacific Rim Uprising (Rives du pacifique : La révolte) en format DVD et Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D et 4K Ultra HD, réalisé par Steven S. DeKnight et mettant en vedette John Boyega, Cailee Spaeny, Scott Eastwood, Charlie Day, Burn Gorman et Tian Jing.

John Boyega (Star Wars: Le réveil de la force) endosse le rôle de Jake Pentecost, un rebelle et prometteur pilote de Jaeger, dont le père est resté célèbre pour avoir sacrifié sa vie, assurant ainsi la victoire des humains contre le monstrueux “Kaiju.” Mais Jake a laissé tomber son entraînement et s’est retrouvé impliqué au sein du milieu criminel. In Pacific Rim Uprising directed by Steven S.
