Century Fox annonce pour le 8 avril 2011, le film The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader de Michael Apted avec Georgie Henley, Skandar Keynes,
Ben Barnes, Will Poulter, Eddie Izzard et Peter Dinklage. Le film sera disponible en DVD (1 ou 2 disques) et combo Blu-ray (Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy) avec des pistes sonores anglaise DTS-HD 5.1, française 5.1 et espagnole 5.1 pour l'édition Blu-ray et anglaise 5.1, française stéréo et espagnole stéréo pour l'édition DVD. Il y aura des sous-titres en anglais, français et espagnol sur les 2 éditions. Pour les suppléments, il y aura :

Voici le synopsis :
En regardant un tableau, Edmund, sa soeur Lucy et leur cousin, le taquin Eustace, sont transportés à nouveau dans l'univers de Narnia. Après un amerrissage forcé, ils sont secourus par leur ami, le roi Caspian, et ses acolytes. En route vers une petite île perdue, l'équipage du bateau Passeur d'aurore découvre avec stupéfaction que les habitants se font engloutir par une terrible brume verte. Afin de percer ce mystère, les comparses apprennent qu'ils doivent mettre la main sur sept épées aux pouvoirs très spéciaux. Les récupérer sera une quête dangereuse, surtout que des forces obscures tenteront de les arrêter.
