Creed II en format 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray et DVD prochainement

Warner Bros annonce pour le 12 mars 2019, le film Creed II en format 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray et DVD, réalisé par Steven Caple Jr. et mettant en vedette Michael B. Jordan, Sylvester Stallone, Tessa Thompson, Florian Munteanu, Dolph Lundgren et Phylicia Rashad.

Des pistes sonores anglaise et française seront disponibles.

L’ascension du boxeur Adonis Creed est fulgurante et il vient tout juste de remporter le titre de champion du monde. Pour célébrer cela, quoi de mieux que demander son amoureuse en mariage? Seule ombre au tableau : un homme issu de son histoire familiale exige un combat. Il s’agit de Viktor Drago, le fils d’Ivan qui a tué sur le ring son père Apollo Creed il y a de cela plus de 30 ans. Malgré son entraînement et les conseils de Rocky, Adonis n’est peut-être pas encore prêt à affronter son passé et risquer ce qui lui tient le plus à coeur.

Toronto, ON, January 17 – Fight for legacy, destiny and family when “Creed II” arrives on 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack, Blu-ray Combo Pack, DVD and Digital. From Metro Goldwyn Mayer Pictures (MGM), Warner Bros. Pictures and New Line Cinema, “Creed II” stars Michael B. Jordan (“Black Panther,” “Creed”) and Sylvester Stallone (the “Rocky” films, the “Rambo” movies), reprising their roles as Adonis Creed and Rocky Balboa. Also returning are Tessa Thompson (“Thor: Ragnarok”), Phylicia Rashad (“Steel Magnolias”), Wood Harris (“Remember the Titans”), Andre Ward, Florian Munteanu (“Bogat”), Russell Hornsby (“The Hate U Give”) and Dolph Lundgren (“The Expendables” movies), returning to the franchise as Ivan Drago.

Steven Caple Jr. directed “Creed II” from an original screenplay co-written by Juel Taylor and Stallone, story by Sascha Penn and Cheo Hodari Coker, based on characters created by Stallone. The film is produced by Irwin Winkler, Charles Winkler, William Chartoff, David Winkler, Kevin King-Templeton, and Stallone. Ryan Coogler, Jordan and Guy Riedel served as executive producers.

« Creed II » will be available on 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack, Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD. The Blu-ray Combo Pack features a Blu-ray disc with the film and special features in hi-definition, a DVD with the film in standard definition and a Digital version of the movie.

The 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray disc of “Creed II” will feature Dolby Vision^TM HDR that dramatically expands the colour palette and contrast range and uses dynamic metadata to automatically optimize the picture for every screen, frame by frame.

Fans can also own “Creed II” via purchase from digital retailers in 4K Ultra HD featuring Dolby Vision ^TM HDR, high definition, and standard definition beginning February 12 from MGM. On March 5, “Creed II” will be available On Demand.

SYNOPSIS

Life has become a balancing act for Adonis Creed. Between personal obligations and training for his next big fight, he is up against the challenge of his life. Facing an opponent with ties to his family’s past only intensifies his impending battle in the ring. Rocky Balboa is there by his side through it all and, together, Rocky and Adonis will confront their shared legacy, question what’s worth fighting for, and discover that nothing’s more important than family. “Creed II” is about going back to basics to rediscover what made you a champion in the first place, and remembering that, no matter where you go, you can’t escape your history.
