Warner Bros annonce pour le 24 août 2021, le film The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It en combo 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray et DVD. Réalisé par Michael Chaves, il met en vedette Patrick Wilson, Vera Farmiga, Ruairi O’Connor, Sarah Catherine Hook, Julian Hilliard et John Noble.

Synopsis :
Le 18 juillet 1981, Ed et Lorraine Warren se rendent chez la famille Glatzel pour documenter l’exorcisme du petit David, âgé de 8 ans. Pendant la séance, des forces maléfiques ayant ensorcelé l’enfant se déchaînent de manière telle qu’Ed est foudroyé par une crise cardiaque. Espérant mettre fin au supplice de David, Arne Johnson, un proche des Glatzel, somme le démon de quitter le corps du garçon pour prendre le sien. Peu après, Ed se réveille à l’hôpital, très inquiet pour Arne. Mais il est déjà trop tard : le jeune homme vient de poignarder une connaissance de 22 coups de couteau. Persuadés qu’il a été poussé au meurtre par le diable, Ed et Lorraine convainquent son avocate de plaider la possession et se lancent à la recherche de preuves.

The film is directed by Michael Chaves (“The Curse of La Llorona”) and stars Vera Farmiga (“Annabelle Comes Home,” TV’s “Bates Motel”) and Patrick Wilson (“Annabelle Comes Home,” “The Nun”). The film will also be available on 4K, Blu-ray and DVD beginning on August 24.
“The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It” was produced by James Wan and Peter Safran, who have collaborated on all the “Conjuring” Universe films. The film also stars Ruairi O’Connor (Starz’ “The Spanish Princess”), Sarah Catherine Hook (Hulu’s “Monsterland”) and Julian Hilliard (Wandavision, TV’s “Penny Dreadful: City of Angels” and “The Haunting of Hill House”).
- On August 24 “The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It” will be available on 4K, Blu-ray and DVD. “The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It” will also continue to be available to own in high definition and standard definition from participating digital retailers.
SYNOPSIS
