Universal Pictures Home Entertainment annonce pour le 9 août 2022, le film Firestarter (Charlie) en Blu-ray et DVD. Réalisé par Keith Thomas, il met en vedette Zac Efron, Ryan Kiera Armstrong, Sydney Lemmon, Kurtwood Smith, John Beasley, avec Michael Greyeyes et Gloria Reuben.

Synopsis :
Dans une nouvelle adaptation du thriller classique de Stephen King, par les producteurs de L’homme invisible, une fille aux pouvoirs pyrokinétiques extraordinaires se bat pour se protéger, ainsi que sa famille, contre les forces sinistres qui cherchent à la capturer et à la contrôler.
Depuis plus d’une décennie, Andy (Zac Efron; Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile; Le maître de la scène) et Vicky (Sydney Lemmon; Fear the Walking Dead, Succession) sont des parents en fuite qui cherchent désespérément à cacher leur fille Charlie (Ryan Kiera Armstrong; American Horror Story, La Guerre de Demain) d’une agence fédérale ténébreuse qui veut exploiter son don unique (créer du feu) en une arme de destruction massive.
