Universal Pictures Home Entertainment annonce pour le 14 février 2023, le film The Fabelmans en 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray et DVD. Réalisé par Steven Spielberg, il met en vedette Michelle Williams, Paul Dano, Seth Rogan, Gabriel LaBelle et Judd Hirsch.

Des pistes sonores anglaise et française seront disponibles.

Synopsis :

Réalisé par Steven Spielberg, Les Fabelman est écrit par Spielberg et Tony Kushner, le dramaturge gagnant d’un prix Pulitzer (Les anges en Amérique, Caroline, or Change) qui a également été nominé aux OscarsMD pour ses scénarios des films de Spielberg : Lincoln et Munich. Le film est produit par Kristie Macosko Krieger p.g.a., trois fois nominée aux OscarsMD (West Side Story, Le post), Steven Spielberg p.g.a. et Tony Kushner p.g.a. Les producteurs exécutifs sont Carla Raij (Maestro, co-productrice de West Side Story) et Josh McLaglen (L’homme libre, Logan).

Le film met en vedette Gabriel LaBelle (Le prédateur, la série American Gigolo) dans le rôle du cinéaste en herbe de 16 ans Sammy Fabelman ; Michelle Williams (Manchester sur mer, Une semaine avec Marilyn), qui a été nominée aux OscarsMD quatre fois, interprète le rôle de sa mère artistique, Mitzi ; Paul Dano (Le Batman, Il y aura du sang) joue le rôle de son père Burt, un scientifique accompli ; Seth Rogen (Steve Jobs, An American Pickle) est Bennie Loewy, le meilleur ami de Burt et l’ »oncle » honoraire des enfants Fabelman, et Judd Hirsch, qui a été nominé aux OscarsMD (Uncut Gems, Des gens comme les autres) interprète le rôle Boris, de l’oncle de Mitzi.

Le reste de la distribution comprend Jeannie Berlin, qui a été nominée aux OscarsMD (Le brise-coeur, Vice caché), dans le rôle de Hadassah Fabelman, la grand-mère paternelle de Sammy ; Julia Butters (Il était une fois à… Hollywood, 13 heures: Le secret des soldats de Benghazi) dans le rôle de Reggie, la sœur de Sammy ; Robin Bartlett (Éclair de lune, L’école de l’espoir) dans le rôle de Tina Schildkraut, la grand-mère maternelle de Sammy, et Keeley Karsten (Hunters, Evil Lives Here) dans le rôle de Natalie, la sœur de Sammy.

La musique est de John Williams (La Liste de Schindler, Les dents de la mer), cinq fois lauréat d’un OscarMD, le créateur de costumes est Mark Bridges, deux fois lauréat d’un OscarMD (L’artiste, Le fil caché) et le chef décorateur est Rick Carter (Lincoln, Avatar), deux fois lauréat d’un OscarMD .
